Virtus® Programs:
Protecting God’s Children™
Volunteers are required to follow the rules and guidelines in the Diocese of
Tulsa’s Volunteer’s Code of Conduct. Any volunteer that may come in contact
with the vulnerable or youth under 18 must attend a Virtus training session.
School volunteers are also subject to a screening process and/or background
check. For a copy of the Volunteer’s Code of Conduct, please contact the
parish office or visit
www.dioceseoftulsa.org/safeenvironment/codeofconduct.aspx.
Ministries respond to the diverse needs of God’s people. If you have
identified an additional ministry to foster or start at St. Pius X and are
willing to take the next step, please contact Barbara Collier at the parish
office, 622-4488 or

“Who is a Christian steward?
One who receives God’s gifts gratefully,
cherishes and tends them in a
responsible and accountable manner,
shares them in justice and love with others,
and returns them with increase to the Lord.”
